How to Request a Tax Invoice

Customers who wish to request a tax invoice can follow the steps below:
Provide Tax Information at Checkout
Enter your full name or company name, tax identification number, and complete billing address in the designated fields during the checkout process.
Submit the Request Within 5 Business Days
If you didn’t provide tax details at checkout, you must contact our customer service within 5 business daysfrom the payment date to request a tax invoice.
No Retroactive Issuance
We reserve the right not to issue tax invoices retroactively for requests made after the specified timeframe.
Invoice Delivery
The tax invoice will be sent together with your order, or delivered via postal mail or email within 15 business days after your order is confirmed.
Complete and Accurate Information Required
Tax invoices will only be issued for requests that include complete and accurate information as required by law.

ขั้นตอนการขอใบกำกับภาษี

แจ้งความประสงค์ภายใน 5 วันทำการ
หากไม่ได้กรอกข้อมูลในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ชำระเงิน เพื่อแจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษี
ไม่ออกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลัง
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่ออกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลัง กรณีที่แจ้งเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
การจัดส่งใบกำกับภาษี
ใบกำกับภาษีจะถูกจัดส่ง พร้อมสินค้า หรือจัดส่งทาง ไปรษณีย์ หรือ อีเมล ภายใน 15 วันทำการ หลังจากคำสั่งซื้อได้รับการยืนยัน
ต้องกรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
บริษัทจะออกใบกำกับภาษีเฉพาะคำขอที่มี ข้อมูลครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง ตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายเท่านั้น
